How do you get rid of fungal infections on the feet? - fungal

My friend has terrible feet and takes good care of them. It fungal infections in most of his toenails and the skin on both feet. I am looking for ways in which we eliminate the infection. Preferably hollistic but that does not bother me think some type of antifungal cream, if anyone knows. I have heard that tea tree oil can help. All the suggestions we are very grateful. Thank you!
